      Highly qualified colleagues (best of the best) Great collaborations among colleagues on projects Great salary

      Inconvénients

      Were not transparent with employees about layoffs (percentages and reasoning) which made a lot of people feel on edge all of the time Long working hours and always seemed to run too lean staffing wise. Whenever I left a project or a functional team, I was replaced with 2 people.

      Good pay and a pension

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
