at least some days in home office, but it was also pushed that we should work from the office

total mess, incompetent, unprofessional management, rude and arrogant collagues - who were just pointing to each other. insincere and toxic people, who were alway speaking rudely behind eahc others back and bullying the others. the work itself was very stressuful, you could never know when an internal system will crash and you have to ask for some help for collagues in India who were mostly not available, then you just hold your back in an intermedairy position, but not being able to solve the issue itself. also, there were not enough people in my team, a lots of overwork very random - depends on when the systems are not functioning, some oil crisis etc... im not recommending this company to anyone! worst workplace ever
