Avantages
Benefits, plenty of global/expat opportunities, sharp colleagues, interesting projects, for the most part state of the art technology, supervisory growth (depending on department)
Inconvénients
Public and Government Affairs had poor management and awful bureaucracy at the time I left, few growth opportunities unless you were a favorite among the top managers and you had very little control over your position or future growth. High turnover rate in this department as a result. However, this seemed specific to this department, as I heard other departments were MUCH better. Also vacation policy slowly improved over the years, but still IMO not robust or balanced (i.e. expected to answer emails on vacation)
