Inconvénients

terrible pay for a highly technical, specialized job (Portland, OR area) -Test Associate 1: $16.05 per hour -Test Associate 2: $16.53 per hour -Test Associate 3: $18.23 per hour Living wage in Portland, OR as of July 2021 (1 adult, no child) is $18.86 per hour terrible benefits -no sick days -no holiday pay -no 401k match -no paternity/maternity leave -no insurance assistance tons of overtime on extremely short notice rhetoric from leadership is all about the customer at the expense of employees leadership is not receptive to feedback regarding working conditions the classic "we hear you", then nothing changes if you speak out about the working conditions, a target is put on your back at one point, I was literally told in writing, "what you're doing has gotten a few sets of eyes on you at various levels and that's not always a good thing..." after advocating for better working conditions rather than give you clear, direct feedback on your performance if there are issues, leadership will say to you and I quote from a written message from leadership; "were you not able to sense an issue in your interactions with your team members?" this company and the leadership expect you to read minds before offering you any direct feedback avoid working here unless you are absolutely desperate
