      No pro's with low pay

      Inconvénients

      Very low paying base and ehh commissions, but since a majority of the reps on the floor don't hit or even come close to quota, nobody's making money

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Inconvénients

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
