Be prepared to say goodbye to your home life. To manage the metrics daily expected of you, you will have to work minimum 14 hours a day. I have never seen such a poorly managed and poorly run business in my life. This explains the huge churn in staff.
I used to work in a call centre with diallers and not even that was half as bad as this. You are micromanaged to a point I have never seen before. There is a minimum of 3 team meetings per day which make no sense.
You have to call out your predicted forecasts on calls with the entire sales division? Its absolutely comical. So they can praise the 3 people that over perform and then punish the entire region that aren't.
Racist comments were made everyday. Please be aware. The team is full of gossips.
They pay the worst salaries in the industry, but expect the most. You get around 70 accounts (in total) in a minuscule region and expected to hit your number. Half of these accounts are duplicates and in the wrong country.
Overall really dissatisfied in this horror show.
