(Refreshing coming from a company that lacked this) - Leadership team that is dedicated to rewarding hard working team members - Recently scaled out sales enablement team that is dedicated to the success/ramping of new hires and continued growth of longstanding team members. - Beer cart Friday - Amenities for just about everything - New, Boston office in the heart of financial district - easy commute from just about everywhere.

- Continued growth / scaling leads to change, if you are unable to adapt - might not be the best fit.

Avantages

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Inconvénients

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
