      Avantages

      Working at Datadog is genuinely an amazing experience. The culture is fast-paced yet supportive, and everyone is encouraged to take ownership and make things happen. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a real focus on collaboration and growth. The people are incredibly smart, motivated, and kind you’re constantly learning from others. The products are cutting-edge, and it’s exciting to see how much impact Datadog has across the tech industry. Also, the balance between autonomy and teamwork is just right, you feel trusted and empowered every day.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, the main challenge is keeping up with the speed of innovation. Things move fast - which is great, but it means you need to stay proactive and flexible.

      Avantages

      One of the best internships ever! My mentor and everyone on the team was so nice and supportive, they genuinely care about your learning, growth, and the team is extremely collaborative and tight knit.

      No cons, only wish the internship lasted longer!

      Datadog is a very toxic place especially if you’re in a non-tech role where you are deprioritized and uncared for. Talent acquisition has terrible, selfish leaders who only care about themselves and pushing their teams past their limits. Your colleagues will backstab you again and again to gain preferential treatment. The leaders encourage this type of behavior and get excited and make jokes about it. Additionally,I It is an environment riddled with sexism and racism — is it not 2026? NYC at that? The lack of resources and support compared to engineering is astounding. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Many of the good reviews are fake or are by people who perpetuate the toxic culture. The only good thing is the stock options. Stay far away from this place!
