      Teammates are super nice and fun to talk to

      Inconvénients

      A bit stale and slow and the marketing team is not very quick to innovate (why innovate when your clients have been with you for 30 years lol) The review structure is odd and Byzantine and there’s a little nepo vibes

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
