      The people (peers) are great. Always very helpful and willing to share experience and ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits have become very expensive for non-executives. Communication is not great from the top down.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
