Team dependent, but generally everyone is very nice and friendly. There are lots of opportunities for development. DEI is very big and it is fairly comfortable to be yourself at work, even if that means you are relatively different from the average person.
The work life balance is very good for consultants (still very team dependent) but it is unlikely that you will have to work late often if at all.
Inconvénients
Compared to working in Industry or other consultancys the pay for technical individuals could be perhaps lower than industry average, however, this is made up for with good worklife balance, great benefits and job security.
