      Avantages

      - Diversity of hires and LT - High profile clients - Good WLB - 95% colleagues are good to work with - Development opportunities / LandD - Clear pathway for career progression - Social atmosphere - Salary is decent if you look at it in hourly terms - Good HR department I would recommend this company to certain friends

      Inconvénients

      - Insanely big focus on internal work that is not super value adding - Sales model is confusing and creates cannibalistic internal competition - Slow progression / focus on time served - Country-level silos / lack of standardisation and global offerings - Big bench at times which limits ability to choose projects you are interested in - Lots of uninteresting work (e.g. resource augmentation type) - Long projects you can't get off of (1-2 years) - Mid exit opportunities I would not recommend this company to all of my friends

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
