      Was once simply a great company Work-life balance ok, strong German and France practices New CEO is refreshing, and fixing the issues

      Inconvénients

      Lower quartile pay, lack and strategic insight, lack of interesting projects, cliques, some very weak senior VPs, high attrition, low profit, Capgemini IT building its own competing consulting practice

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
