      Great teaming culture, ability to network, open door policy. flexibly hours and schedule. People respects one another.

      Inconvénients

      Mentoring from a leadership perspective was lacking. Instances where your counselor is wonderful but getting action oriented feedback from leadership is often fuzzy.

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
