      Avantages

      -Offers opportunity of staffing in various sectors and topics, with more humility than the MBB firms -Access to a vast network of experts around the world, industries and competencies -Great dedicated peers, always volunteer and eager to learn

      Inconvénients

      -Uprooted leadership team in Asia, with little knowledge of the history and values of Capgemini, due to a lot of turnover and attrition, making most interventions irrelevant -Did not show real care or empathy for its employees all along the lockdowns, especially those committed and here for long, resulting in high workload and little recognition

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
