      Avantages

      The best part of working at Invent is definitely the people. Everyone is extremely friendly, supportive and competent. The Directors & VPs are very approachable. Training is not only recommended but encouraged. There is a true focus on employee well-being, which was enhanced during Covid. Finally, since joining I have felt trusted and empowered. The projects are really interesting and if you perform well, you can be sure you will be given great and exciting opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Balancing the client delivery and internal contribution can be a bit challenging. Promotion is largely based on who you have worked with (and how senior they are). And as any consulting job, it can get a bit intense at times.

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
