      Poor mid level management Managers take stupid decisions and those under them have to suffer lack of infrastructure Compensation updation poor for long time employees Very poor re-hire policy

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
