      Offers a variety of project opportunities both technical and non-technical analytical roles. Potential to gain cross-sector exposure both on large programme accounts and smaller project teams (POCs, Pilots, Smaller projects) Some great people to work with, both technically excellent and driven to provide a great set of services to clients. An organisational structure with a broad choice of paths for personal development. A strong analytics community to discuss and develop ideas

      Inconvénients

      In some technologies and approaches, have had a tendency to be followers rather than innovative first movers. Pace of delivery on projects varies significantly, some impacting personal time and also commitments to IDE practice objectives

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
