      Avantages

      Nice environment and good overall ambiance with co-workers. Good methodologies and management. Diversity of projects.

      Inconvénients

      brand image is too IT for a management consulting group. To much importance given to internal engagements which usually end up in meaningless productions or wasted content. financial package not so attractive.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
