      good mix of tech capabilities, data science, UX and business consultancy. If you look for a digital driver company - capgemini (esp. capgemini invent) is a solid driver of digital transformation. recommend it!

      sometimes a bit chaotic - but if you consider yourself an entrepreneur - this is a chance. You can move things ahead and break rules

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
