      Pay is a concern. Reward hard working and smart employees. Laterals get paid more than people who have toiled for the firm for years , this demotivates employess who have been loyal

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
