      Avantages

      Good salary, can’t beat it elsewhere for comparable role. Friendly community and interesting project opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is deteriorating. There was a large focus on work life balance when I joined but working out of hours seems to be getting normalised.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
