Avantages

Its just like other MNC, nothing special, you get all the MNC perks like 15 days paternity, proper leave policies etc

Inconvénients

0% hike for consecutive two years even after getting top 2 rating in both appraisal cycles, because of below reasons : First year - 2022 : no appraisal for people who joined after Jan 2022 and i joined in May 2022. Second year - 2023 : no hike, since i have not completed mandatory trainings. 0% hike for hardworking entire year with zero escalations, meeting all the targets of client and solving multiple escalations of other projects *slow claps* they just make some random lame policies to not give hike.

Avantages

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Inconvénients

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
