      Avantages

      Need to resctructure the salary and benefits according to cost of living. Do not accept any offer from them at hiring process, they add rules in the contract making you pay high fees if leave the company before 2 years.

      Inconvénients

      The management should work more on their way of communication/ negotiation.

      Inconvénients

      Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
