      Good work culture, no dress code, reasonable HR policies, compensation is industry average for telecom. Extremely niche work in telecom. Quality of work depends drastically on your project. On-site opportunities are there but not too many. Expect 1 onsite in 2-3 years.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation needs a revision to attract more talented fresh stream.
