Avantages
It was good work environment. Appreciate effective functional units like IT, Admin, HR. L&D team is really amazing, they keep on identify new programs and plan new trainings which are really useful. IT helpdesk is good in their turn around time to solve any problem reported
Inconvénients
Past couple of years, there are frequent re-orgs and changes with the Leader ship. The re-orgs has become trial and error and no proper strategy defined. Some HR policies like especially performance reviews are not good. Some leadership (AVP level) people are incapable. .
