Avantages
Altran can be a good career start for engineers and for junior business managers. At Altran you will enjoy high calibre colleagues, interesting training opportunities after business hours and a general interest in innovation.
Inconvénients
Compensation is rather low and only increasing slowly. A high attrition at business manager level (staying on average less than 18 months), a complex and costly organizational structure leads to inefficiencies and high overhead costs.
