Foliage was a family company, still many members of this family are in management at Altran North America (brother in law, siblings etc.), these poor managers keep some other incompetent managers who can back them up blindly, so there is a strong coalition to keep their chairs by supporting each other unconditionally. The company is managed with a lot of incompetent people who took the positions due to their family links to former company founders. Lack of management, lack of vision, short-term plans and a lot of politics, untrustworthy from many perspectives. There are a lot of inappropriate situations are going on within this company behind the curtains. They act as a staffing company, things change dramatically faster than you would ever think when your project is over.
