Avantages
As a fresher its a good company to start with but for long duration its not worth to stick to. Good thing is the flexible working hours. If you are in Gurgaon Office then growth is also good.
Inconvénients
Policy changes are quite frequent. In Bangalore employee growth is not as good as in Gurgaon. Management expects you to work in multiple projects to get promotion even for Tech lead designation. Even if you stay for 5 or more years there are no extra benefits.
