Turns out the position is nothing more than a money mule for management who only care about how good they look to the Busch family. No progression, no clear career path whilst working with an inadequate and time consuming system. Expected to cold call on no commission as part of your "self-motivation" and on a salary not much higher than shelf-stacker at Lidl. Pathetic pettiness between certain employees with different Busch companies climbing over each other to get the sale. Don't waste your degree, time and aspirations at this dump.
