      Inconvénients

      clique culture "wait and see" attitude towards opportunities and advancement - why does anyone wait 5 years between promotions and think that's acceptable? this is an environment for those who are risk averse and just want to plug away in a role and wait for someone to notice them. good luck.

      Avantages

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Inconvénients

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
