Avantages
Met some good people and learned a lot wearing so many hats. The work itself could be engaging and challenging. There is opportunity to share your skills and knowledge with interns as well. Clientele tended to be pretty high quality.
Inconvénients
Where to start... - When the programmers quote out a project, the CEO bullies the programmers into agreeing to faster turn-around times. When the programmers turn out to be right and the project comes in late, the CEO blames the programmers. - See other reviews for accurate statements about CEO behavior. - Constant employee turnover. - Pay and benefits are lackluster at best, given that you have to deal with all of the above.
