      Avantages

      I work for the India office and I can't share in words how amazing the team is. The team takes initiative, and has each other's back at all times. They supported me when I needed the most and trained me on everything even if it way beyond their role and responsibilities. The culture of "we grow together" fostered in the Indian office is commendable and I have never felt more comfortable, creative, ambitious and determined to contribute to a team goal. The team works really hard, to make AppTweak grow and thrive in the Indian market.

      Inconvénients

      The team barely receives recognition globally. Global teams barely care about feedback from India. Be it HR, Finance, Product, or Leadership, they have all hung their boots on the Indian team and have shut doors to any feedback. Any and every feedback leads to absolute demotivation. I have seen folks in office cry for help from global teams on deals and accounts for data issues. None of it matters as other regions take priority. The leadership visits us once a year, gives a motivation speech, makes promises, renews hope and leaves with no action. The team struggles to keep up motivation and it's not rare to see people breaking down. The team is in desperate need of recognition and long due success. The structure within AppTweak changes like weather. Micromanagement, leading by fear and threats, is common from the leadership.

      Avantages

      I began my career at AppTweak, and I genuinely believe it will be hard to find another place that matches its commitment to well-being and personal growth. I truly enjoyed every moment of my time there.

      Inconvénients

      No cons. If you're passionate about the industry and the product, this is absolutely the place to be!

      Avantages

      Nice people who care about the company and the culture. Management actually listens to your thoughts and opinions and doesn't just tell you what to do, they work with you. There are constant product updates to make sure that the tool is up to date with anything else on the market

      Inconvénients

      There is still very much a startup feel here. If you don't have that hustler "go get em" mindset, you might find it difficult. There aren't a ton of processes and resources in place to help you, again it's a start up like environment.
