Perspective commerciale
Avantages
In many senses, the company culture is very chill. No dress codes, beer everywhere, friendly people, open spaces. I think this was definitely a very positive aspect. There is also a lot of room to learn, but only if you have the self-initiative to do so.
Inconvénients
Work-life balance is a big topic, no one stamps in or out when they are working and everyone is observing when everyone comes in and out. There is a pressure to work overtime, and the possibilities to develop and get noticed are none when you are just working normal hours.
