      Avantages

      - The learning curve especially at the beginning is steep and makes the job interesting and challenging - One is given a lot of responsibility early on, including leading teams in projects

      Inconvénients

      - After the first 2-3 years one has a certain "tag" defined by the and roles projects he/she has been working in. This means that usually the next assignment will be in a similar role. This means that the learning curve flattens out. - Projects tend to be relatively long (6 months and up). This means that consultants after a while tend to act too much like the client

      Avantages

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Inconvénients

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
