      Avantages

      Jours de vacances illimités, modèle de travail complètement flexible, équipe jeune, intelligente et dynamique, le tout dans le contexte d'une entreprise en pleine croissance

      Inconvénients

      Tout inconvénient devrait vraiment être tatillon - je n'ai jamais vécu, entendu ou été témoin de quoi que ce soit de mal, vraiment. Je suppose qu'avec une approche à distance d'abord, cela signifie qu'il est un peu plus difficile d'obtenir l'expérience complète de l'équipe comme le ferait une expérience f2f. Mais, honnêtement, je n'en ai pas encore souffert - les gens font un véritable effort pour rester connectés.

      Avantages

      The culture & people are truly amazing - everyone is smart, driven and collaborative. People you actually want to hang out with outside of work. The remote work and benefits are a huge plus too.

      Inconvénients

      Experiences the typical growing pains when trying to scale a company & enter a new market - not a lot of structure or direction, so something to note if that is what you need.

      Avantages

      -Remote work friendly (Able to work from anywhere and often this is encouraged -- Appinioeers love to travel) -Great work/life balance -The best colleagues <3 -Encourages both personal and professional growth -Plenty of opportunities for upward mobility -No micromanaging

      Inconvénients

      -There's need for strong personal initiative and ability to work individually (althought there is plenty of collaboration with others) -- but maybe not ideal for someone who needs constant support or oversight
