Poor onboarding, it seems to be the same for everyone, I hardly understood anything from it. Everything is done via videos, with a (very) short q&a with an employee.
Even though I joined as a senior consultant, the job was extremely repetitive and basic. It was basically a rank-and-file job. You receive a request from a salesperson, execute it (so basically redirect it to someone else), and follow the execution. They offer a solution: an app where people can answer a survey, and customers can program their questionnaires. The app is not 100% ready, so you're mostly trying to make it work and report issues, and every week, something will change in the app, either a supposedly new feature or else, which isn't working most of the time. They will always prefer offering a "new" feature, even if it doesn't work, rather than fixing the more important and fundamental issues.
I had experience with other companies before, and I could judge the quality of the practices and solutions offered, and that was questionable, to say the least.
Last but not least, the management is very bad. They don't accept any criticism, so you can't say anything. It's basically a take-it-or-leave-it situation. You can't report any questionable practices and, even worse, toxic behavior.
I knew I wanted to leave after a week in the company.
