      Avantages

      AIG has intelligent people and has totally changed the work culture from silos to centralized,, collaborative.

      Inconvénients

      For younger people the location in Wilton Connecticut while beautiful is not as diverse as New York. and commuting takes time.

      Avantages

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Inconvénients

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
