      - Treat their employees awfully - Do not care about their staff in the slightest, and there decisions back this up - No direction - Dreadful communication - Decision making from management is baffling and has no logic behind it. - Punishes high performance rather than rewards it - Targets are way to high

      Avantages

      Incredibly nice people and interesting work. It's a global company built on Australian business culture, which has way better boundaries.

      Inconvénients

      At least on paper, the compensation is lower than similar companies -- but, oddly, that doesn't mean that there isn't a fair exchange of value given quality of life.
