Avis sur ZITICITY

Absolutely awful company, should not be allowed to continue business. They take incredibly irreponsible business decisions which directly impact staff. During my trial period (2 months at the company) they went under, which was forseeable since they have been loosing a lot of money since the start of the year, yet keep hiring. Their attitude is 'take more risk' at the expensive of their staff to dig themselves out of a hole. When they decided to make us redundant, instead of respecting protocol, they told us to stop working, then cut all access to our work tools so we were unable to warn clients (who were still relying on the service). No offical documents, just their word that we shouldn't work... We were not paid for 3 months and completely ignored by all ZITICITY staff that remained, bearing in mind that they had made 2 new hires in the last 2 months in full knowledge of their financial problems (gross mismanagement - who makes a hire if you don't have the money to pay the staff you have?!). It took 3 months and many threats of legal action for ZITICITY to declare liquidation. During this time I received no documents so was not sure whether I was still employed or not as was unable to accept other positions or apply for unemployment. Their biggest goal is making their investors think that they are making money - at the expense of everything and everyone else.
