Avantages
Remote work, just stay home and take calls. Can work at any time, just log in and pick an hour shift or more. Work does not intrude your life. Can stay for a good while without talking to any supervisor or colleague while working if you want to.
Inconvénients
It can be overwhelming when you should keep your calls under 5 minutes each and they just keep coming in one after the other. You have a 5minutes unpaid break after every hour of work
