      WM can leverage its research to get interesting pioneering projects. Unfortunatey, with its acquisition, the quality of its databases and research have been negatively impacted.

      Inconvénients

      Following the ongoing restructuring, the employee turnout has increased, leading to a poor work environment. The pay remains substantially low compared to the market, leading to projects being understaffed and poorly managed.
