      Avantages

      It's an opportunity to work with very talented people. The company is young and relatively dynamic. Therefore it is not too procedural and you can have an impact on the company and on clients. It is also a good opportunity to grow.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership team has recomposed over time, shifting the company's focus from originally being more tech-centric to be more business and consulting-centric. The vision has therefore changed and made it a less interesting place to be as an engineer. The leadership struggles to fully grasp engineering requirements which does not create a proper context for the success of engineering projects and the establishment of large successful collaborations with clients.
