Dealing with the administration is very frustrating: everything is slow, information is sparse and processes are opaque. It's very hard to know who to reach out to. Inexistent onboarding. HR is not reactive. I did not feel valued as an employee. Payroll is badly organized and opaque. Very little benefits even for public employer.
