Management culture is toxic. It pushes the managers to treat employees with condescension and threat. Products are often too expensive for the market. They are often not ready for sale, nor interconnected with other solutions or even a clear price list. But the management tells you to push it anyway. Business model is often not adapted to customers. Almost every employees push back customer's issues. Customer are finally unsatisfied of the service. Support is very long to answer because management is over processing work flows. Too many irrelevant training.
