      Salary is the most important benefit with flexibility with respect to working from home with awesome tools to be just like you are at the office.

      Inconvénients

      Teams work in cylos, weak coordination, marketing per product in cylos, poor management in client marketing and product marketing. Lower marketing management team with big egos, micromanagement kills any chance for innovation.
