- Possibility to evolve in a several expertise internally regardless of the academic background (depending on resources, projects) - Surrounded by international workers - German classes offered by the company
Inconvénients
- Lack of ressources leading to high workload, especially during Q4 - Micro management - Processes are not clearly defined / documented. This is creating a lot of frustration on a daily basis
