Avantages
Perks were diminished by choice of the company and can’t be discussed because they were not listed in the contract.
Inconvénients
Work culture has changed so much with the new management, that is normal because the company is getting bigger. BUT what’s not normal is it changing for much worse, office politics are getting the upper hand over innovation and tech first. Its sad really … Old employees are not getting promoted and pressured to do a lot, new people getting promoted in a very short time. And a lot of reorganisations that it’s hard to follow who is working with whom 😂
