We are, however, surprised by your feedback regarding transparency and support. At Swapcard, we have several programs in place (both internally and externally) to ensure the People, Legal, and other teams support employees. Transparency is also a priority for us: we communicate regularly through company-wide updates and open channels. Of course, we cannot share every single decision in full detail, but we always aim to provide as much context as possible. The People team is always open to further discussion if you feel the need, and we encourage you to reach out directly so we can better understand your experience.       Amazing culture, and even better people

      Avantages

      - The team, people here are amazing. The culture fit is strong while hiring and it's easy to make friends with anyone there. No big drama or useless fights with the people. Everyone is quite respectful of each other and always willing to help. And the team is super diverse, you can learn something new every day! People from the Americas to Europe and Asia...! - The culture. The company really cares, and they understand that for people to work hard, you have to give a lot to them and make them happy. Unique culture powered by amazing people. There is a lot of inclusivity too. - Remote work - work from almost anywhere, work from home budget, coworking allowance, and 1 office in Paris where no one is forced to go, it's only for you to choose to go if you want to. - 33 PTOs and a lot of flexibility. As long as the work is done, it's pretty easy to take a day off. There's also a new Recognition day offered by managers to people who make a significant impact in the company. - Company constantly learning, open to feedback and improvements. You can literally speak to the CEO any day and say what you really think about the company, he will listen and you'll be fine. - Team gatherings, it took some time but it's back! - Direct management - amazing. They usually let you the space to grow and learn by yourself but are still here if you need them. - Growth - depending on the team there's still a lot of work and opportunities to grow, learn and build a career.

      Inconvénients

      Having to go with the market trends, highs & lows, means nothing is really sure. Budgets change, strategy changes. A fast-paced working environment might not be for everyone. It's OK for me.
