Micromanagement, toxic environment from the management team, very high staff turnover due to redundancies... worst professional experience ever.

Dissappointed but not suprised to read the Director and her "Mini Me" are still the same. The work environment is toxic, unprofessional and very unpleasant. I have read though the reviews and see that nothing has,or will, change. Its like walking on eggshells- just a matter of time before you're the next in line for getting fired after the Director has a full meltdown and temper tantrum. My advice is to not waste your time and energy here.
